And when we are stuck in the day-to-day experiences of our lives, it can be tough – sometimes it seems near impossible – to gain the broader perspective and deeper insights that move you through change, hardships and life.

Before the Trek: We build your foundation.

Get crystal clear on what you're really seeking, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and set intentions that will guide your journey. Work together on sustaining a balance of getting shit done with being authentically present. We’ll also do a professional or personal growth deep-dive, either the gold-standard in Leadership 360s or a personalized introduction to Ayurveda for holistic, mind-body wellbeing.

During the Trek: Presence meets discovery


No formal sessions—just you, the Himalayas, and practices designed to unlock insights when your mind is most open to them. Along on the journey: your guides and a small cohort of like-minded travelers & change-makers.

After the Trek: Integration that sticks

Turn your breakthrough moments into lasting change with structured support that helps you apply what you've discovered to real life. Support & accountability for taking those moments of wild insight to the next level.

Month 1 to 3: Foundation Phase

Focus: Clarity, intention-setting, and disrupting old patterns

Month 4: The Trek Experience

Focus: Presence, awe, sensory experience and moving through challenge

  • Stretch your boundaries with a Nepal trekking adventure

  • Integrate personal reflection practices while soaking in the full sensory experience (sights, sounds, tastes, smells, movement)

  • Laugh, explore and create connection with fellow travelers

Month 5: Integration that sticks

For 15 years, I've been helping change-makers & leaders navigate their most challenging transitions, as a certified professional coach for the past three. As a two-time expat and avid explorer (both inner work and outer adventure), I've learned that the most profound insights don't happen on Zoom —they happen when we step completely outside our normal environment and push our boundaries in healthy ways. This takes intention, humility, good humor, patience, practice - and with thoughtful coaching, it has enormous power to illuminate hidden truths about ourselves and our relationship with the world and people around us.
