I created Wild Insights after seeing the same thing again and again: people trying to think their way through change that actually needed them to step outside their routines completely.
This is Shreeza Tandukar.
Local Partner & Lead Guide. Shreeza is my amazing local partner in Nepal, a trained guide, yoga teacher based in Pokhara, Nepal.
She’s been leading treks in the Himalayas for 5+ years and is one of the best guides I’ve met, and a role model for young women in Nepal as the co-founder of her business. When she’s not guiding treks, she’s leading yoga teacher trainings in Pokhara. She’s also our yoga teacher on the trek, leading classes that are balanced, restorative and grounding.
